The owner is so kind, open, and easy to communicate with. The place is immaculate, smelled of flowers, and the kitchen had everything stocked, including endless delicious coffee. Even though it's near a busy road, I slept like a baby. There's a very expensive high-end restaurant nearby, and town is about a 15-minute walk away. This place and its owner are the best. I recommend staying here!

Our little boy picked up right away on how friendly the hostess was, and she really was incredibly kind. Breakfast was generous and everything was spotless. This is the most comfortable, thoughtful, and welcoming B&B my family and I have visited in the Rome area so far. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

We had the whole apartment to ourselves and felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The B&B is lovely, welcoming, and very clean, with an excellent host. Breakfast is self-catered, with both sweet and savory options and everything we needed. We’ll definitely return!

The morning self-service breakfast made it feel like home, with the Roman hills around us. Michela welcomed us with a big smile and quickly put us at ease. The B&B is charming, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Highly recommended!

I found this place by chance while working on Rome’s outskirts. It’s in the Castelli Romani, about 30 minutes from Rome and near the Rome-Naples highway toll booth, so the location worked perfectly for me. There’s no onsite parking, but you can leave the car right outside. The host was great, and breakfast was good and plentiful. Worth considering, especially for a couple.
