We started with a generous, excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses, then had delicious pizza. Save room for the cheesecake, it’s delicate, light, and full of flavor. Prices are reasonable. It’s a modest little place, but charming and well organized. The young staff are very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended!

(Restaurant) It was my first time stopping in for a meal under the “New Management.” I was the first customer at 12:03 PM on Monday, December 9, 2019, and ordered the fixed-price menu. My mezze maniche alla matriciana arrived shortly after, but the pasta was completely raw. I asked the waitress to remake it, and she did, without apologizing for what had happened. At 12:35, she came back smiling with another plate of mezze maniche all'amatriciana and said, “Incredibly, still raw😔”. I couldn’t believe it🤦🏻‍♂️. She asked, still smiling, how it was this time. I stood up and told her, “I'm sorry, but let your boss taste them.” Then I said, “I'm sorry, I'm leaving.” I went back to the bar, bought two sandwiches, paid for the water I’d had, and left. If you take over a restaurant and want to make a difference, you need qualified staff in both the dining room and the kitchen. Very disappointed.

With the new management, we paid €13 for a fixed-price lunch, drinks not included, which wasn’t cheap. The pasta was raw, and the main course was a frozen chicken cutlet, with no notice of that as required. Nothing like the previous management. A place to forget.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the cold cuts and cheese platter was very good as a starter. The Neapolitan-style pizza was excellent too, made with quality ingredients and slow-rising dough.
