8/10
The room was airy, very clean, and had lots of nice amenities, plus a big comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. Check-in was quick, and the staff greeted us warmly and helped us through it. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced, and breakfast was perfectly fine. Thanks to the team for making the stay so enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but we left a day early. We were there with our two children and dog. The first apartment had an air conditioning problem, and the second one we were given had ants. The rooms were clean, though quite dated.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel bar and restaurant were good and fairly priced. The hotel was clean, with modern rooms, and the pool area had enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels were provided, though you need a swim cap and ball games aren't allowed. The shower cabin was very small, and there was quite a bit of noise from neighbours. The animation was one person playing silly games with small kids. All the sports facilities were closed, which seemed odd for a “sport” hotel, probably because they were outdated.

Great bed, great hotel, and great staff. The barman working evenings at the bar was especially lovely. Some of the other staff had a bit of an English barrier. I know this review is late, we were there two years ago, but it's always a good time to leave a positive one. Greetings from Lithuania, especially to the barman!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and apartments were nice, and there's a garden area with a playground, tennis and volleyball courts. The pool area is great, with a bar and restaurant, though sometimes the music gets so loud it's annoying when people are trying to relax. There's a not-so-nice beach nearby, along with several restaurants and a small supermarket.
