The place was spotless and had all the facilities listed. The host was really helpful, too. I'd recommend staying here.
10/10
We were happy with our stay. Everything was neat and clean, and we'd definitely recommend it.
8/10
The room was roomy and clean, and having a private spot in the big fenced courtyard was a real plus. Self check-in made arrival easy, and it felt like good value for the money. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were somewhat loud.
10/10
The owners were incredibly kind, and the B&B is a lovely base for cycling on paved roads or dirt tracks. It’s also well placed for Arezzo, Castiglione Fiorentino, Montepulciano, and Pienza, with private parking right by the entrance. The room is spacious and cared for, with a TV, wardrobe, and bedside tables, handy if you’re staying longer. The bathroom is well equipped, including a home-style hairdryer, and the oversized shower lets you wash without soaking the rest of the room. The large kitchen is shared with two other rooms and has an induction hob, oven, fridge, and freezer. Breakfast items are available at a very reasonable price. I’d keep this B&B in mind for another trip to the Val di Chiana.

A clean B&B that was nicely warm. I recommend it.
