B&B Molin Del Topo

The private parking area is spacious and felt like a safe place to leave the car. The owner was the highlight: attentive, helpful, and kind, she did her best to meet our needs and made us feel at home. The property is very well cared for, clean, welcoming, and has all the comforts. It’s also a convenient base for Arezzo and the nearby villages. We’ll definitely come back!

Luisella made us feel so welcome. She’s cheerful, thoughtful, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and in great shape, and we slept really well. Everything we needed was there, from air conditioning and indoor parking to an automatic gate with remote and a generous, varied breakfast. It felt just like home! The place is only a minute from the highway exit. If we pass through Monte S. Savino again, we’ll definitely stay here. Thanks for your hospitality, Luisella. See you soon! Yarin, Lorella, and Rubin

Luisella was friendly and always available to help with what guests needed. The rooms were clean and well kept, and I especially appreciated the private parking. The property is welcoming and lived up to our expectations, with a great location for trips to Arezzo and Siena. Highly recommended.

We stopped for one night on the way to Liguria. The accommodations were excellent and everything was new, and the hostess was so hospitable and kind. Breakfast was excellent, too. There’s a delicious grill restaurant in town where you can try the famous Florentine steak, strictly 4cm thick, or have carpaccio instead.
