Very good, really.

There’s a lovely pool, and the quiet green setting is pleasant. But the property has so much potential that it’s a shame it seems to have been neglected. By 2025, places like this should have facilities kept up to current standards. The rooms felt very dated and weren’t clean enough, and the linens weren’t either. The minibars were dirty, unplugged, and didn’t work. The bathrooms and furnishings badly need renovation. Some rooms had French windows but no regular windows. At night, that left us choosing between the heat and leaving them open to insects or animals, since there were no mosquito screens. Charging €10 per room for air conditioning was the icing on the cake. We chose not to use it given the poor state of cleanliness and upkeep. What a shame.

The pool is lovely, and the building itself is beautiful with plenty of potential. Still, parts of the property, inside and out, feel neglected. There are no window screens, so insects mean you have to keep the windows shut. Air conditioning costs extra.

We stayed for three days over New Year's Eve. Letizia and Claudia were so welcoming and kind. The apartments look just like the photos, with kitchens, double bedrooms, private bathrooms, and heating. There’s also a billiards and foosball room, plus a pool. The grounds are spacious and peaceful, with olive trees, and bed and kitchen linens are supplied. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops. You’ll need to drive a few kilometres to buy groceries.
