I don't understand the reviews I'm seeing here. We went on a school trip with over 80 students and stayed four nights. The rooms were neat and clean, and the food tasted absolutely delicious, like home cooking. The staff were outstanding, super friendly and helpful, and ready to sort out any problem we brought them. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the hotel. I recommend staying here, and wish more people knew about it!

Good value for the money, and the staff were really helpful. The rooms are clean, though they've seen better days. With so much to do in Montecatini and the neighborhood, you'll probably spend little time in the room anyway. Breakfast wasn't very plentiful but was enough. Dinner was consistently tasty, especially the desserts.

A good choice for a stay of several days, with nice prices, clean rooms, and AC. I was skeptical after reading the bad reviews, but the staff turned out to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the weak point: the selection is modest, with hard boiled eggs but no scrambled ones.

We wanted to get out of our room as fast as possible. It's barely a one-star hotel, not three: the rooms are old and dirty, and the renovation apparently never happened. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to haul our heavy bags down the stairs from the top floor. Of three sockets, only one worked, and there wasn't even an iron. The so-called breakfast was just bread with jam. Bedding and towels had yellow stains. Comfort level: zero.

The rooms in this three-star hotel aren't the newest, but they're clean and well kept. The staff are very kind and cooperative, and the food is very good. A great option for large groups traveling in Tuscany.
