I emailed you on May 7, the day after I got back to Poland on May 6, to arrange the return of my camera. I offered to pay all the shipping costs because I didn't want anyone to be out of pocket. You knew whose camera it was and had my email, but you never replied. I waited two weeks, then asked a travel agency to help; their coordinators contacted you. I shouldn't have waited for you to act. I should have posted this review earlier, since you answer promptly here when people can see it. Please stop claiming it took a month or two. The owner had reported the item, and you had no right to throw it away after a week. A camera with photos and memories on it isn't a charger or an old sweater someone might have deliberately left behind. It was small enough to keep, especially since you knew who it belonged to. The agency told me that honest hotels return found items to their office even when nobody reports them. I've reported lost things to other hotels too, and none threw a guest's belongings away after two weeks, especially when the guest had contacted them. There are standards everywhere. You were dishonest, and now you're lying about what happened. You misappropriated my property. Please return it or reimburse me. That won't bring back the photos or erase these bad memories, but it's the only way you can restore your honor. You have my email. Contact me as soon as possible so we can settle this amicably.

We had a nice stay here, and the price was good for what we got. The room and bed were good, and the bathroom was fine though old. Air conditioning was available, but it had to be paid for when booking. The receptionists were pleasant. The night shift didn't speak English, but they tried their best, and Marco on the day shift was especially helpful and nice. We chose the hotel to visit Florence and the cinque terre, and the location worked well: Florence is 40 minutes away and the cinque terre is 1h15 away. I'd recommend it for a few days.

We should've stayed longer. The receptionist was a real character, super helpful and funny, though sadly we didn't catch his name. He booked us a spot at a great restaurant and made the stay so enjoyable. The AC was powerful, almost too powerful. 10 stars in our heart.

No breakfast at all is bad enough. This is a disgraceful hotel, and I'm never coming back. Take my advice and don't stay here. It's a very bad hotel.
