The owner Adua and her daughter are absolutely crazy monsters. They entered my room, hit me violently with a wine bottle, threw my three computers and clothes out the window, gave me a black eye, and sent me to the emergency room twice. I filed a complaint with the mayor and am asking Interpol to put this hotel owner on the terrorist list. This is the most dangerous hotel in all of toscana. Stay away.

The location made getting around Tuscany really easy. Montecatini Centro station and the Big Square were both less than a two-minute walk away, so I explored by train during my week there. I stayed at Ambrogini Hotel at the start of May 2023 and felt right at home. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the service was great, including homemade cakes each morning.

For the price, it was clean, comfortable, and straightforward. The problem came after a late gala dinner: when I got back around 3 a.m., the hotel door was locked. Knocking and calling got no response, and it took me more than 20 minutes to reach someone who could let me in. That was really frustrating.

Lovely place in a great spot, and the service was great.

A small, nice, low-cost hotel right in the center.
