The food made us give up on the included dinner after just one night. It was bland, the meat was very cold, and none of it tasted good. Breakfast had a tiny selection, though the taste could have been worse. We were also left with a bad impression of the staff. Most didn't speak English, even basic words seemed too much, and they came across as uninterested. Cigarette smoke drifted through the dining room, and the hallway lights didn't work, so after sunset we needed our phone flashlights to find our room in pitch darkness. The air conditioning didn't work at all. When we asked at reception, a waitress had to translate for the non-English-speaking staff, and the answer we got was just “no airco.” Our room was boiling hot; the balcony helped us cool down, but opening the door in the evening wasn't an option because mosquitoes came in in swarms. We had two awful nights of sleep, which soured the days we spent nearby. We were there for two nights on a trip through Italy. We got “lucky” with a fairly spacious room, while our travel companions had barely enough room for two beds. That was about the only bright spot. My advice is to avoid this hotel and save yourself the trouble.

I paid 88,00 eur for one night, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was a sickening smell coming from the toilet. The bed was clean, but I have no words for the state of the room. I booked through Booking, and they didn't include pictures of my room in my review. If the room was in that condition, I can't imagine eating breakfast there.

We stayed here with our school. The rooms were cramped, and there was barely space to move in the bathrooms. The food was really bad, oily and often burnt. Someone even found a dead fly in their bread. The cleaning ladies were nice, though, and the other workers were kind too, except for the man 👨🦳. They didn't speak English, which made it hard to communicate. We left a fairy sticker on the sink in room 204, so if you spot it, hit me up, we're meant to be 🥺🧚♀️. ship satosugu confirmed 🤍🖤.

The rooms and food disappointed me, and some rooms are a bit old or may already have damage, so check as soon as you arrive. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. I wouldn't choose this hotel unless travelling with a group. School groups fill the place, and they can be loud.
