We stayed here on a school trip. The bedroom looked old-fashioned, and one of the beds was broken. The food was dull and poor. Breakfast was skimpy each day, just cereal, bread with little disposable Nutellas, butter, and coffee machines. There was milk too, but I didn't drink it. At dinner there were several dishes. The pasta with pesto was the best, while the pasta all' amatriciana was just plain pasta with tomato sauce and a few bits of bacon. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay for a holiday in Tuscany.

The food was fairly okay, but the room was small and lots of things were broken. We had no hot water or heating, and the windows wouldn't close properly. They also didn't give us the AC remote.

We could hear everything around us, so it wasn't quiet. A school group ran wild and kept us awake for all three nights, even after we called reception.

The location is the only reason for the one star. There was no internet or housekeeping, and the place felt dirty, noisy, and unsafe. The bath was broken and there was no hot water. The air conditioner's filter hadn't been changed for ages, with dust about a finger's breadth thick. When I turned it on, I was choking on the dust. This doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a hostel.

The food was good, and we were served with a smile. Thanks especially to fabio, the receptionist. A great experience.
