We stayed six nights for the Libertas gymnastics championship and felt well looked after. The owners were willing to meet guests’ needs, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent and the price is good. Breakfast was a treat for the whole family, with warm croissants available right up to the scheduled end time. Thanks for making the stay so peaceful. I highly recommend it.

After a sudden, unpleasant cancellation, they came to our rescue even though we’d already paid for our stay at Ginny's House luxury apartment in Florence. The place in Montecatini Terme was clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and a friendly reception. Parking was the one drawback, though that’s something you have to adapt to in historic centres.

The owners were kind and helpful, and so was the cleaning lady. They accommodated our needs and made the stay pleasant. The property is well kept, with functional rooms in an excellent location. It was quiet and spotlessly clean, and free Wi-Fi was available. Recommended.

The area is peaceful, and the hotel is simple but charming, with new furniture and beds after renovations compared with other places nearby. It’s under new management, and the staff seem keen to improve. They were friendly, welcoming, and ready to accommodate our needs. Renovations are still going on, but the team came across as humble and helpful. Highly recommended!
