Tenuta di Casaglia

The Tuscan views are fantastic, and the rooms have an authentic Italian feel. The baron and baroness made us feel at home right away, and the team clearly takes great care of the place. We’ll definitely come back.

The views are breathtaking, and the apartments are furnished with taste. We’ve stayed at this lovely hilltop agriturismo often, and hardly know anywhere else where the owners are so welcoming and tend to every detail with such dedication. Highly recommended.

The view over the castle and countryside is amazing, and the crew are welcoming and nice. There’s plenty here, including a pool, football pitch, tennis court and more, plus the rooms are spacious and nice. Bread and breakfast pizza can be ordered at reception, which is a handy option. The big things missing are air conditioning and internet. It gets really hot indoors, though there are fans and you don’t spend that much time inside, so it wasn’t too much of a problem. I hadn’t noticed the WiFi was unavailable since I just use 4G when I need it. If you really need internet, there’s a WiFi café by reception. The location is okay, but you’ll need a car to get around. It’s a good hotel with almost everything you need.

A peaceful resort with lovely staff and a strong sense of Italian history. A really unique combination.
