The wine they make here was excellent, and the dishes were delicious thanks to the quality ingredients and the chef's professionalism. We came for dinner and stayed overnight for a birthday party. It felt like a peaceful oasis.

Riva Ratta has a special place in our hearts now. We’re so grateful to Tecla and Fabio for helping us plan our wedding with such kindness and empathy. It felt like finding a second family. We first picked the venue for its elegance and lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, which meant we could have the ceremony and reception in any weather. Having the beautiful rooms available was a bonus for me as the bride. I got ready there, in a fairytale setting that was also really comfortable. The rehearsal dinner menu impressed us, and the food was delicious. During the months of planning, Tecla was always there to answer questions or help with requests. We got married on September 13th, and the weather kept changing by the hour that week. I was panicking. The day before, Tecla and I spent two hours at the farmhouse putting together a very detailed schedule and planning for sudden changes. The weather did change on the day, but it didn't take away from how lovely everything was. The whole staff was prepared and on top of things. They always came up with solutions, and the photographer and some of our friends even said the timing and organization were so good it seemed like we had a wedding planner. The reception food was plentiful and excellent. Compliments started coming in during the aperitif, and nearly two weeks later we're still getting enthusiastic messages about the venue and the food. We're incredibly thankful we met Fabio and Tecla. People who are so helpful, caring, and empathetic are rare.
