Hotel Warmthotel

Breakfast was lovely, and the cappuccino deserves a special mention, it was excellent and a perfect way to start the day. We had a great time at Warmthotel, and the staff were friendly. It's outside the city centre, but the free, reliable shuttle to the metro makes getting into the heart of Rome easy. I'd definitely stay again.

I asked for a pillow and a towel on two separate occasions, but neither was brought to me. I ended up using my own clothes to make myself comfortable. It was disappointing to have such basic requests go unfulfilled even after asking more than once.

The staff made a positive difference. Reception, room service, and the kitchen team were all kind and helpful. Special thanks to Eduardo at reception, Mani, and the others whose names I can't remember. The stay itself wasn't comfortable, though. The rooms are made of gypsum board, so you can hear everything, with lots of noise from doors, vacuum cleaners, and other guests. We changed rooms, but had the same issue in the second one. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and it was hard to sleep or relax.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful, and free parking is available, with an EV charger on request. It’s a little outside Rome, though, and the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe.
