14.11.2025: Calling the room dirty would be an understatement. There was dust caked on the surfaces, floor, and bed, plus dirt on the floor. I also found a yellow stain of human secretion on the pillow, the kind of thing you pick out of your nose. I went to reception to report the state of the room I'd paid for and ask for a refund for the second night. The receptionist completely lost his temper, shouting, hitting the desk, and insulting me personally. It was deeply unprofessional. I've never experienced anything remotely like it, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice each morning, and they can also help arrange vegetarian food for lunch and dinner. The single room was a little cramped, though, as it only has a single bed. The hotel itself is nice, but there's nowhere to visit within walking distance outside it.

San Marco was quiet and pleasant to stay in, and it was clean. The rooms are small, and my air conditioner didn't work. There's a shopping center within walking distance. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is in a small town, just 15 minutes from Vicenza and close to the Venice-Milano highway. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are clean, though small, and the location is great. It's an old hotel, with a perfect view from the restaurant. Breakfast was poor.
