Montecchio works really well as a base for exploring the valley and nearby villages, with plenty of outdoor activities, sunshine, and fresh air. The apartments have everything needed for a comfortable stay, and Paola puts so much care into the furnishings and little details. Nothing feels overlooked. We've stayed at the Orizzonte vacation home for several years, and every visit has been memorable. The view, pool, and sunsets are standouts, and the whole place has that familiar, homely feeling we look for when we want to wake up and do nothing but relax. Paola, Franco, and Agnese are so welcoming, and you can tell how much they care about the place and local life. It's somewhere that stays in our hearts.

The houses are spacious, clean, and supplied with all the comforts and accessories we needed. Each one looks out across the valley, with Orvieto and Montefiascone rising beyond it. In summer, the pool is a lovely place to cool off without losing the view. The managers were professional, very kind, and helpful. The location is also handy for Umbria's tourist centers, including Orvieto, Todi, and Amelia, as well as Civita di Bagno Regio in Lazio. The sunsets and valley views are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

We found everything we needed for a few relaxing days, and the place was impeccably clean. The views are breathtaking, and the location is amazing and welcoming. There was even a fireplace. Paola, the owner, was super kind and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

We enjoyed our one-night stay during our Silent Villages walk, even though there were a few minor inconveniences. The vacation home is just outside Montecchio, in a beautiful spot surrounded by the Umbrian countryside. It's furnished with taste and elegance, right down to the small details. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was neat and clean, and the garden was beautiful. The pool was fantastic, and it was wonderfully quiet. We had a lovely holiday.
