Country House La Casa in Campagna

Valentina was so kind, helpful, and attentive to all the little details. We spent a week here with two friends, and the detached villa had every comfort, plus a garden, terrace, and a huge outdoor patio. It's set in the hills but close to the sea and places like Castellabate, San Marco, Ogliastro, Punta Licosa, and Santa Maria di Castellabate, all just minutes away. Agropoli and its Trentova beach are nearby too, as is Acciaroli, whose lido is considered the "Maldives of Cilento." The quiet setting lets you escape the busier tourist spots and cool off after a day at the beach. We also highly recommend the archaeological park of Paestum, especially at night when the temples are lit up. A week wasn't nearly enough to see all of Cilento, so we'll have to come back.
