The sanitary block on the left is the newer one, and its showers stay warm for a long time for 50 cents. Claudia gave us a friendly welcome and explained things well. We paid 50 Euro for two nights with our VW Bulli and four people, which we appreciated. There was some music coming from the neighbors.

I’ve been staying here for years, and this weekend I got to meet the new management. They’re very polite and welcoming, and are restoring the whole campsite. It was a lovely visit to see someone taking such good care of the place. I’ll definitely come back in summer.

We arrived around 2 PM hoping to stay, but were told check-in had to wait until 3 because of the quiet hours. At 50€, I think they could have let us in an hour earlier. We found a better free spot by the water instead. Not a very smart business move.

After waiting three hours and trying to reach someone, we eventually found the caretaker, who let us stay the night. The place was locked up and deserted when we arrived, even though they’d taken our booking and payment and sent a confirmation without telling us they were closed from October 1st. There was no water in the showers or electricity, it was very dirty, and people weren’t very friendly. Such a shame, since it could be a lovely campsite. I really don’t recommend it.
