The rooms were roomy, clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming the owners were. They were friendly and helpful, and after staying in places across many countries, I haven't come across better hospitality. It's some way from the train and bus stations, so having a car helps. With one, I'd highly recommend staying here.

Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We spent two days here and really enjoyed them. Roberto welcomed us warmly and professionally, and our four-legged companion was welcome too. The place is surrounded by nature, yet only a few kilometers from the sights around Conero. Highly recommended!

About 15 km from Civitanova, this B&B sits in the peaceful Marche countryside. The owner was so welcoming and kind, and always available to help make our stay enjoyable. We had a clean, comfortable apartment with a kitchen and double bedroom, suitable for up to four people. Breakfast with local products was a real treat. A lovely place for anyone seeking a relaxing, authentic stay in the Marche region.

We felt very comfortable here. Things weren't perfect across the board, but Roberto puts a lot of passion into running the place, and that's why I'd give it five stars.
