The thermal pool on level -1 was a highlight, with indoor and outdoor sections, a grotto with hydromassage jets, and more jets around the pool. The relaxation area is thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable loungers, two Finnish saunas, a Turkish bath, a two-mode thermal shower, an emotional shower path, plus spaces for mud treatments and massages. Everything was spotless and smelled lovely. Our basic room was cozy, warm and spacious, with a large bathroom and useful counter space. A glass wall opened onto the terrace, looking out to a pool among greenery, a thermal waterfall linked to a Kneipp path, and a giant outdoor chessboard. We reached the rooms by glass elevator, with a lovely view of the natural surroundings. We were only there for two days and one night, but the park made an impression as soon as we arrived. The reception and lounge were bright, elegant and well cared for, with comfy chairs for reading, a bar for drinks and snacks, and a bistro for anyone skipping the main restaurant. We tried a generous, delicious salad there. The staff were kind, polite and helpful. They answered our questions about the thermal water, aquifer and impressive 40-meter pool in detail. At certain times, you can visit the pool area for free, including its underwater tunnel. They also handled our requests with care and professionalism. It’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge in nature.

I really liked the location. Venice was easy to reach without staying in its crowds, and there’s a nearby station with trains to Venice or Bologna. The rooms were clean and roomy, and breakfast had a good selection of grains, seeds and granola, more than you usually see. They didn’t automatically refill things once they ran out, though. The pools and jacuzzi were excellent, and this was one of the best spas I’ve visited. I’d recommend the mud treatment. The staff were all amazing. I’ve taken one star off for service because the nice man at reception couldn’t speak English when we checked in, which made things hard to communicate, and the WiFi kept disconnecting. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend it.

The massage was great and really good value. I also enjoyed using the thermal pool afterward.

The mud treatment and pools were amazing, and the meals were delicious. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Asia at the front desk deserves a special mention: she worked hard to help us track down a bag lost on the way to the hotel, gave us sightseeing information and arranged other things to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A real star and an angel, thank you so much! I hope we can come back one day.
