Thank you, Maria@Peppe, for being such unbelievable hosts! We loved every minute in this wonderful, peaceful place and came away feeling recharged, ready for the trip home to Florida. It really felt like Heaven on Earth.

We only stopped for one night during our road trip, but I’d give the place 10 stars if I could. The welcome felt like visiting family, and breakfast came with homemade cakes, fresh fruit salad, and other tasty treats. The owners are lovely. The location also makes it easy to visit Loreto, Recanati, and the beautiful area around them. Sleeping with the windows open to hear the crickets was enchanting. Thanks, we’ll be back soon! 🧡

It’s a quiet, clean place, and the house is beautiful. We found the people discreet but friendly, and there were sunflowers everywhere, along with a whole lot of silence. The price was more than fair. It also works really well as a base for nearby towns, each with its own rare little treasures.

We stayed in the independent house and had a great time. It’s surrounded by well-kept greenery, feels made for relaxing, and is well placed for exploring villages and seaside spots. The owners’ warm welcome really made the difference: always smiling and happy to chat, but never intrusive, and they gave us all the space we needed.
