The location was a big plus for me, near markets and the bus station, and we had a classy room with a closet I really liked. The staff were kind, cleaned our room every day, and left delicious refreshments on the table. We were warmly welcomed by the general manager, Lorenzo, whose positive attitude impressed me. My deepest respects to Lorenzo for taking such good care of our stay. Great hospitality!
The location is strategic, just minutes from Pisa's historic center, and the prices are excellent. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are shared, so they may not stay clean if you're sharing with inconsiderate people. The welcome was excellent, and they kindly accommodated our unusual check-in time. A great guesthouse overall.
The owner was easy to reach before we arrived and while we were there. The apartments are close to a bus stop, and the whole place felt pleasant. Our room and bathroom were clean, with the room tidied every day. Breakfast was croissants and pastries, with water and juice.
There was hardly any ventilation, so the room got too hot. Its only window faced the kitchen balcony, and noise carried from the bathrooms and other rooms. It was very noisy.
We’re still staying with Mrs. Maria, and my family and I have found her kind and helpful. The place is clean and welcoming, more like a real home. Thanks again for everything. We’ll definitely come back. Di Giacomo Family
