We stayed here with our toddler, who loved the pool and the animals at the nearby farm. The pool felt a bit cold, so we went to cascate del mulino for the hot springs instead. They're free to visit and really relaxing. The staff were so friendly, and we often ate at the restaurant next to the relais. Such a nice stay!

We found this hotel by chance after several unsuccessful tries to book B&B rooms. Sara at reception greeted us with a smile and extraordinary kindness. She and the other staff made sure our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and were especially helpful in explaining local attractions. Breakfast was beyond what we expected. We'd be very happy to come back whenever we're in the area. Highly recommend, and thanks to all the wonderful hotel staff.

We were 30 minutes past reception's closing time, but one of the receptionists waited for us and got check-in done quickly and smoothly. We really appreciated that. The hotel is pleasant in the countryside, with large, clean rooms and polite, friendly staff. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the Cascate del Mulino/Saturnia hot springs. We visited in June, outside peak tourist season, and it wasn't too busy. Just keep in mind that being out in the countryside means insects, especially flies, can be around.

Even with bad weather during our stay, we felt warmly welcomed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a historic, authentic Agriturismo that's been run by one family across generations, surrounded by olive trees and nature. Very romantic and beautiful. Mille Grazie for everything!

It's peaceful and lovely here, with a great breakfast and a nice pool. But in 38-degree heat, I really missed having a bar fridge in the room, and a kettle would have helped too. I also didn't have an Italian power lead for my phone or laptop, and they couldn't offer one. Those simple things are missing here, and that was a big letdown for me.
