The location is very beautiful, but the place needs investment in maintenance and staff training. Some rooms were dirty, some had no air conditioning, and the old bathrooms were unusable. Breakfast is included, but you have to pay for coffee. Staff are treated badly, and the manager argues with guests in front of others. There’s no privacy at all.

A good choice if you’re after a relaxing stay. The sea is crystal clear, and breakfast and beach service are included in the price. It’s family-friendly, with enchanting scenery and a rustic feel.

La Fenice is well placed for visiting the surrounding villages, and the staff were helpful whenever I needed information. Ileana and Maria at reception stood out for their professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. I’d recommend this resort for an easygoing, well-rounded holiday with sea, scenic drives, culture, and food, as long as you aren’t coming with any special expectations.

The quality and price don’t balance at all, so I can’t recommend it. The bathroom fixtures are shoddy, the pool is small and only suitable for children, and the location makes it hard to breathe. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and nothing seems to function: there’s no water or electricity. Terrible place.
