The setting is lovely, with attractive buildings, a pool, and vineyards all around, so this place has a lot going for it. But most of the staff showed almost no professionalism or care in dealing with guests. It was the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. Hospitality should leave people feeling welcome and wanting to return, and sadly, that wasn't our experience here.

We found the rooms clean and pleasant, and the restaurant food was very good, especially the pasta. The location in the hills is peaceful, with a sea view, and dogs are welcome except around the pool. A few things could be better: the pool shuts at 7 pm, there are no fish dishes, and the grounds look a little worn and need maintenance. Service was good but nothing special. The beach is 10 km away, and in summer the water was too warm and dirty for us, so the pool was the better option.

The staff were friendly, and we ate well, though the menu doesn't offer much choice. The hotel sits in the hills above San Benedetto, with lovely views over the sea and countryside.
