The flats had everything we needed and the facilities were really good. Ivan and Lorena were wonderful hosts, and they made the whole stay feel easy. We loved being here.

We had a quiet, comfortable stay, and the room was clean, cozy and lovely. The hilltop setting in the middle of the Tuscan countryside gave us beautiful views all around. Breakfast was excellent, and check-in was easy. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We spent a very pleasant week here in mid September. The location was good and wonderfully quiet, and our clean apartment had a kitchen. There’s also a lovely pool with a self service bar. We had a fun chat with the owner, who was a very cool guy, while sampling the wine they make. It tasted excellent. They also gave us tips on restaurants, vineyards and nearby cities to visit. A 10/10 holiday for us.

The behavior of the staff and owners was the worst part. They were very impolite and rude. We had booked a two bedroom apartment for two people, but the rooms were basic, cleaning was poor, the glasses were dirty and our drinking water wasn’t replaced. Zero stars for the way we were treated, if that were possible. They don’t deserve to have guests. Later edit: I can post all their emails to show their attitude toward clients. Paying 800 euro for two nights makes it clear this isn’t about the money. And what about the bottle of our wine we left in the room? Was it good? You forgot to return it 😀 But you don’t answer about lost and found items.
