I booked a horse trek at the very last minute and it was phenomenal. As a beginner rider, I felt well looked after on an excellent tour. Davide and Lea were incredible hosts who clearly care for their home and animals. I only wish I’d been able to stay overnight too. It’s well worth going out of your way for, and I can’t wait to come back.

Behind the property there’s a lovely farm with horses, donkeys and other animals. Our rooms were spacious, each with a balcony and a refreshing breeze, and breakfast was excellent. We arrived late at night, but Davide was kind and helpful with check-in, welcomed us with a glass of wine and immediately made us feel at home. He was great with children too, and my son went straight to him to play. It was one of our most peaceful stays, an amazing experience and a definite 10/10. If Montepulciano is on your Tuscany itinerary, this is the place to stay. We’d love to return.

We had a great afternoon riding horseback through the vineyards. Lea, David and the farm helpers made our vacation more enjoyable, and we also got to taste their wine. We’ve tried wines from all over the world, and theirs was tasty and high quality. The farm is well maintained, and the hosts are professional, polite and helpful. A must visit in this area. Grazie!

Davide gave us a memorable afternoon in the wine country. We rode through the vineyards, then shared a small picnic and sampled their wines. I also enjoyed talking with him about the history of his farm and the area. He’s a very authentic man.
