The hosts are such a sweet couple. We felt right at home, enjoyed lovely conversation, and got some great recommendations. Their food was amazing, too. For 30€, you get a complete menu, which I’d strongly recommend. We spent a wonderful couple of days at this agriturismo. If the weather’s good, you can enjoy the swimming pool. I’d definitely come back.

The owners are so kind and ready to help with any request. The place itself is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Dinner was the best part for us. They made an extraordinary meal, and you absolutely have to try the pasta with garlic sauce. It’s the best you’ll ever eat.

It’s in a handy spot for trips to Montepulciano and Cortona, the San Filippo thermal baths, Lake Transimeno, and, a little further away, Siena, Assisi, and Florence. We spent three days at this beautiful farmhouse. The husband and wife hosting us were a delight, and their son was always ready to help with any request. We were warmly welcomed.

We were in a mini-apartment for three nights, my wife, my son, and me, and the room suited us perfectly. Montepulciano is very close, and the location also made it easy to visit Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, and plenty of other picturesque towns and attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and authentically Italian. We had dinner there twice, and my son loved Grandma Franca’s ragù. The menu is set, but they’re flexible about requests, and you can discuss dinner with them on the spot. Sharing breakfast and dinner at the same table with the other guests was a lovely way to build a sense of community. Our hosts were fantastic. If anything fell short, they went out of their way to help. My one small comment: there were no towel hooks in the bathroom.

Breakfast was generous, with homemade pastries and jams. You can also book dinner, which has a single menu of authentic traditional dishes. The owners are warm and natural, and made me feel as if I were in a family home. They mentioned the whole B&B is built of wood. I was in the area for work and spent a night at this welcoming B&B. The hosts greeted me with genuine familiarity and kindness, then showed me to a very clean, tidy, stylish room with a large, recently renovated bathroom. Its position between Cortona and Montepulciano is very convenient, and the parking is a real plus. It was a lovely stay, and I’ll be glad to recommend it to colleagues and friends.
