The only real drawback was the rough, rocky dirt road to the B&B, which gave our city car trouble on the way up. Otherwise, it was a very good one-night stay. The owner showed us to a spacious, clean room, apart from a spider, and made us a big breakfast with homemade cake the next morning.

The owner was kind and friendly, and for us this was a top-notch place. It was quiet and a good escape from the chaos and stress. The renovated B&B has spacious, comfortable rooms, great beds, and each room has its own bathroom with everything you need. There’s no TV, but we didn’t miss it, and although there’s no air conditioning, the cool air seemed to make that unnecessary. Breakfast had everything we needed: old-fashioned milk and coffee, yogurt already set out, homemade jam, fresh tea, a homemade donut, cornflakes, cherries, and savory options too. The price felt fair for what we got. Getting there is the hard part: the road is a bumpy cobbled track, and a front-wheel-drive car is recommended. A very low car isn’t a good choice, but with patience and a bit of skill you can make it up.

We were there for work over a weekend event and found the place relaxing and lovely. Breakfast came with homemade cakes, and the people were so friendly and kind. There are plenty of easy walks and bike rides nearby. Highly recommend :)
