I'd recommend it to anyone after a quiet, fully relaxing seaside stay. It's an all-inclusive hotel, with a breakfast buffet, a three-course lunch, and dinner. The food was impeccable, with original organic ingredients from villages around the town. The chef is well known in the Bari Region, and his talent really comes through in the dishes.

Really clean and classy, and it deserves four stars. The rooms are small, as they usually are in Europe.

We felt at home here, which is priceless. My husband and I stayed in an accessible room that was extremely clean, with easy ramp access near the entrance, and the cuisine was excellent and refined. Thanks especially to Katia, who was perfect, welcoming, and professional; Valeria, who was kind and helpful; Giuseppe, who was attentive and kind; and concierge Marina, who was friendly, professional, and competent. The one drawback was parking. With this many rooms, two disabled spaces should be reserved in the internal lot. Someone with mobility difficulties shouldn't have to travel miles to park.

The staff were helpful, polite, and professional, and our room stayed spotless. Breakfast and the other meals were excellent, with delicious dishes, cakes, and pastries. At lunch and dinner, every course was good, and the chef kept coming up with original dishes, so the food never got boring. We had a wonderful stay. An on-site pool with a solarium would be a nice addition.
