Camere Dentro Il Castello

My room was clean and comfortable, but the service at breakfast was surprising for a four-star hotel. After my cutlery fell on the floor, the waitress didn’t replace it, and she spoke rudely. The hotel sits right by the main road, so passing cars disturb the peace. With plenty of other hotels in the area, I’d consider staying elsewhere.

I liked the setting, though it’s away from towns if that’s what you’re after. The evening meals were super, and breakfast had a reasonable selection. A great place to stay.

We stayed here as part of the Riviera package tour. The staff were pleasant and the service was good, with good meals and clean, comfortable bedrooms. The weather was wet, but a free minibus took us to the castle, 15 minutes away. When the weather’s good, you can walk there in 2 hours.

The pool and restaurant were great, the rooms decent, and the staff so kind. At breakfast, our baby made a mess, so I asked a waiter for a broom. He said he’d clean it himself. The hotel is a 3 minute drive from the town and a winery. I’d really recommend it for a relaxing setting and good value.
