The pool view is spectacular, and the apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a lovely breeze at night, too. The pool and apartment could have been cleaned better, though, and the WiFi was so bad that getting work done became a nightmare. The drive up to the house is rough if your car has low suspension. The wines were mediocre.
We started with a quiet walk around the lovely Tuscan grounds, then had a small-group tasting with generous pours and a spread of appetizers. The hostess spoke with real passion about her vines and the different wines she makes. A wonderful experience, and all that for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
We had a perfect tasting, with cured meats, cheeses, and crostini alongside some very pleasant organic wines. The winery presentation included an explanation of pruning, with vine samples to show us for the days when we couldn't visit the vineyard. That was really helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!
The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean, and furnished really well. Outside, autumn was showing off its beautiful colors. I had a wonderful time at Fontemorsi last weekend and will definitely come back!
The apartments are in excellent condition and very well equipped, and the finca itself is beautiful. That fantastic pool is a real highlight. Highly recommended!
