Lucia was such a nice person and a big help as I looked for authentic vineyards, markets, and places to visit. She also makes great food. The place was beautiful and peaceful, and my room was clean and basic.

The house is well maintained and the housekeeper was wonderful. She was kind and put together a great breakfast, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Lucia and Lavinia! It’s a really great place, completely secluded between Volterra and Livorno. You can drive in, park inside, and go straight to the swimming pool.

The electric bikes ended up being the best part for us. We rode them to dinner and got to experience Italy’s nightlife, which made for a fantastic evening and added a lot to our stay. It’s a brilliant idea. The B&B was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the gated entrance helped us feel secure. We also loved unwinding by the large pool in the peaceful surroundings. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay.
