Guest House Viennese Due

The location is just right, but the rooms are really old and look dirty because of it. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, so you have to put up with that or use your phone as a hotspot. Those issues feel minor next to the bathroom, though. If you're hoping for a relaxing shower after a long travel day, forget it. There's no hot water whatsoever, so be ready to freeze.

The one good thing was the location, right across from Roma Termini terminal station. The room was honestly the worst I've ever booked. Nothing worked: the tap water, shower, plugs, or door handle. There was also just one towel for two people.

We had a confirmed reservation and had even asked for a late check-in because our flight was in the evening. But when we arrived at the hotel at night, the woman at reception told us there were no rooms available. We called the number on our booking, and the guy asked what we wanted and said they weren't taking any customers at that time. They left us out on the street in the middle of the night, without even apologizing or trying to help. The most terrible experience of my life. Thank you Viennese Due hotel for nothing.

Hi, very good place. I stayed here all weekend, and everything was clean. The space is very good, the service is punctual, and the price is nice and affordable.
