The central location was convenient, but the place was far too expensive for what it offered. It's an apartment divided into three bedrooms with no sound insulation, so you hear everything. The cleaning staff were incredibly rude, shouting from the living room to the rooms for ages at 9 a.m. on a Sunday, with no regard for guests who wanted to rest. There are much better places around here for cleanliness, rooms, and especially politeness.

The room was nice, and the beach and pedestrian walkway were easy to reach. But during our four-day stay, housekeeping never came, and there wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

Mrs. Roberta was extremely helpful and paid close attention to the requests we made when booking. The room was very spacious, with a double bed and a sofa bed for two more people, and it was very clean. The bathroom was especially well maintained, and there was a capsule coffee machine in the room. The wall paintings seemed randomly chosen, which was the only downside. More thoughtful choices would have made it perfect. We stayed one night at this good B&B, and the sea at Montesilvano is unforgettable. What a shame.

I had to switch rooms because the mattress smelled so pungent and nauseating that I couldn't stay there. The room wasn't very clean either. I told the staff, and they tried right away to fix the problem, but nothing helped. A terrible experience.

The sea is only about 50 meters away, and I hope to come back. My room was cozy, with a little terrace, and the bathroom was new and clean. Mrs. Roberta was attentive and pleasant, and happy to answer questions. Breakfast came as a voucher for a nearby bar, where the owners were kind and the quality was good. Highly recommended.
