The rooms were pleasant and clean, but the arrangements made the garden feel like a shared space with no privacy. The second flat had been rented permanently to a woman, whose dog came into our apartment and took food from the kitchen. We also couldn't use the downstairs toilet or the pool during our entire stay. We won't be coming back.

We had a great time unwinding here, and the big pool kept the kids busy. The hosts were lovely, and the quiet spot has a fantastic view across the Tuscan hills. The house feels quite new, is tastefully furnished and has everything you need. Massa Marittima is the best option for shopping, with a Coop and a Conad about 14 km away.

Colle Paoli felt like a little paradise to us. The house was spotless, everything was first-rate, and we couldn't think of anything that was missing. Highly recommended.

Set in the woods but only a short way from Prata, this beautifully restored farmhouse seems just right for a relaxing break with the right partner.
