The best part for us was the private garden, which made a big difference during our 30-day stay. We had a small, fully equipped ground-floor room, and while it was a bit tight, the garden really improved the experience. The modern residence is close to Monza park and a supermarket, which made it a good base with kids. Air conditioning, a complete kitchen, included parking, and excellent internet were all pluses. The staff were kind and responsive. Our late Saturday check-in went smoothly, and they were expecting us as agreed on the phone. There was some night noise from traffic on the large avenue in front of the rooms, though that's not the residence's fault. We'd certainly return if we needed a place here, and recommend it.

We had a problem with our Milan C Area tickets, and the staff were so helpful that they even contacted the ticket office with us to sort it out. The location is great, with larger shops nearby and the F1 ring close too. Our room was clean and big enough, with several air conditioners. There's also a private parking garage under the building, which was a real plus.

I stayed for two weeks and found it very clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if I visit Monza.
