The staff made a big impression on me. They were so welcoming, and it felt like their priority was helping us relax and feel at home, not just making money. Everything they offer is high quality. The spa is convenient, and the hotel has a gorgeous view. The pool view was breathtaking, too. I was really impressed with the staff's attitude and approach. Big congratulations, and thanks so much!

The food tasted good, but it wasn't warm. The location is fine, though nothing spectacular. The hotel itself is beautiful.

I spent two nights here and had an amazing stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the bartender, who made me feel very welcome. When I called reception to ask about getting pizza, they didn't have any, but the kind receptionist brought me a nearby pizzeria's menu and offered to order for me. Such a thoughtful thing to do.

We had a great stay. The food was consistently good, and when the hotel heard that several people in our family had dairy allergies, they adjusted the meals for us. For the final dessert they even brought us a really lovely treat. The picture showing six desserts is what we received, and the other photo is one we had. Staff were nice, polite, and helpful whenever we needed them. We did have a few small problems after check-in, but they were sorted out quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay. There was plenty of parking, the breakfast was delicious, and the two warm pools were great for the kids. There's a playground, too.
