The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The apartment is lovely, with two rooms sharing a kitchen. Our room was modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a small, modern bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. Breakfast was an average Italian sweet spread, with packaged rolls, so nothing special. We preferred buying panini at the bakery next door. The fridge had fruit, yogurt, milk, jam, and other things. Our room lock was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day after we asked. A payment issue also came up, then was looked into and sorted out right away.

The staff were cheerful, welcoming, and always available, and the place was very clean. From the window over the main street, you get a lovely taste of village life. It's right in the center of Mormanno, making it easy to reach the village's many attractions and Pollino National Park. A pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The owner greeted us warmly when we arrived. Still, I found a hair in the bed and a bottle of used water in the fridge. At breakfast there were “Boconotti,” a local sweet, under a glass dome, with what looked to me like some left there by other guests in the pantry. There were no paper towels in the kitchen for drying our hands. A few things could use attention, but for a single night it was fine.

We were greeted by the owner's very kind daughter. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and breakfast was both delicious and generous. An excellent B&B, highly recommended.
