7Pines Resort Sardinia-A Destination By Hyatt

We spent seven days at 7Pines Sardinia for our honeymoon, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout. They greeted us with champagne and a tower of chocolate-covered strawberries, and our room was turned down twice a day with little evening surprises and fresh water by the beds. G and Hamza were among the staff who stood out for their professionalism and hospitality. The rooms were clean, the grounds stayed tidy, and breakfast was amazing every day. There was hardly a reason to leave unless we wanted to explore Sardinia. My husband and I felt treated like VIPs, even though we're just regular people, and we're very grateful for the stay. I disagree with the one-star reviews. To me, the resort deserves five stars, and the very negative reviews sound like they may come from people who think too highly of themselves. We couldn't have asked for a nicer honeymoon and will definitely return.

We especially enjoyed seeing Gaia from the hostess team each morning at breakfast, and Hamsa made our time by the pool a lot of fun. He set up our cabanas and kept us supplied with towels and water. Antonio at the concierge also did a great job, recommending beaches with the weather in mind and arranging our dinner reservations. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay at 7Pines, thank you!

The food was outstanding wherever we tried it, whether at the beach, by the pool, or at either restaurant for dinner. That included the much-praised pizza and the fine dining experience. Service from everyone we met was great too. A special thank you to Maxim, who handled our bookings made under different names and gave us excellent customer service right from the start. We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay, and would love to come back.

The property is beautiful and there was plenty to enjoy, but the price gave us higher expectations. At several thousand dollars a night, the value didn't feel fully justified for a five-star resort. We had a good stay overall, just not sure it's the right fit at that price.
