The kids had a great time in the pool, and there are tennis rackets available. The countryside views are gorgeous, and the plants and trees add to the relaxed feel. It’s away from the busy tourist spots. The rooms are typical for Europe. You can ask for a remote for the air conditioning, though I was fine just leaving the window open.

The food was phenomenal, and I loved the pool and the gorgeous scenery around it. The staff were so sweet, funny, and understanding. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Love, love, love this place.

The mountains looked jaw-dropping from here. We also had some good meals and really enjoyed the lovely pool. Such a beautiful place.

We couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep because a birthday party next door had live music playing past midnight. The hotel rents out a large area beside the rooms for events like birthdays, but that wasn’t clear from the listing, which presents it solely as a hotel. I called reception several times. They kept saying they’d ask the band to turn it down and that it would be over soon, but it went on much longer than promised and only ended after midnight. When I asked whether this was a hotel or a music venue, they said it was both. Good to know. Maybe the listing should say “La Pineta Hotel and Music Hall, don’t expect a good night’s sleep, but you’re sure to boogie!”

A fun place to visit with family or friends. The staff are very helpful, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all well served.
