Domu Bresca

We had planned three nights at Hotel Domu Bresca, but liked it so much that we stayed four. Gabriella, Tiziana, and the whole team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and we’d love to return. The hotel sits in an orchard of lemons and limes, with stunning views and lovely surroundings. The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, stylishly decorated, exceptionally clean, and smell wonderfully of wood. Breakfast was outstanding. We toured Sardinia for two weeks and didn’t find a better room or breakfast anywhere. They went out of their way to find soy, oat, and almond milk for my vegan diet. I was delighted by the fresh vegan cookies, and each morning there was something new from the kitchen, such as vegetables, tofu, vegan pancakes, or vegan apple strudel. The vegan cappuccino was a lovely touch, and the buffet also had juices made from fruit grown on the property. We found some wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. Heartfelt thanks to the team for their hospitality. We highly recommend Hotel Domu Bresca to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished, and the homemade breakfast with local specialties is delicious. Domu Bresca is a lovely, special base for exploring the area. The setting is peaceful and natural, with lovely mountain views, and the rooms are comfortable, carefully decorated, and built with sustainability in mind. The whole place feels thoughtfully put together. Much of the food is made on site or comes from the local community, and it’s traditional, homemade, and delicious. Gabriella and Tiziana were among the friendliest, most helpful, and professional hosts we’ve met. We loved talking with them and learning about Sardinian culture and history. Domu Bresca feels like a project with real value for the local community, as well as a place to stay. Supporting work with ethical, social, and ecological value matters when we travel, and we were glad to be part of it. It was a wonderful way to begin our trip in Sardinia. Nothing could have been better. We highly recommend it for the warmth, quality, tradition, and care behind the project. Congratulations to the owners and staff.
