The owner made us feel at home, and although the rooms are a little older, they were very clean. Breakfast was especially good for such a small place, with freshly made espresso, cappuccino, or whatever you fancied. The location is lovely, with a big pool and a backyard full of toys where the kids could play. The beach is only a quick five-minute walk away. We'd happily come back.

The bed was a bit too soft for me, and the room felt slightly cold. Even so, I highly recommend this cozy, family-run hotel and plan to return on a future trip to Italy. The owners are lovely, attentive, and friendly, and their warm welcome made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay.

Nina, the hotel manager, made our family reunion stay one to remember. We used the hotel as our base by Lake Garda, and everything worked out wonderfully. The rooms had exactly what we needed, and breakfast set us up well for days outdoors. A hotel with a soul. We'll be back!

The people here were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a quiet area, with clean rooms and a nice breakfast you can have indoors or on the terrace. There's a large, beautiful pool and garden that's great for kids. It's also close to Lago and several local restaurants.

A handy base for exploring the northern Lake Garda area. We had great communication with the staff and a nice breakfast. Everything was perfect, fully recommend.
