We paid for a triple deluxe room with a balcony and city view, but were given a tiny double room looking onto a little backyard, with no balcony. The owners never told us beforehand that we'd be moved. When we called to ask, they said there had been a problem with our room. I don't believe that, since someone else was staying in it. It seems they overbooked. They didn't apologize or offer compensation, and were very rude when I asked for a discount. They eventually agreed to take €10 off. The room was very small, the flush didn't work properly, and the TV screen was broken. On checkout day we had to carry our bags down from the fifth floor because we had to leave the room key, which was needed to use the elevator, or pay 20 cents. We didn't have any coins at the time. The owners' attitude was the worst part. They never warned us about the room change or apologized. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

At Una Notte al Museo B&B, the room was spacious, and cleaners came every day to empty the bins and make the bed. We had a little kid with us and no issues. The central location worked well, too. We had a really nice stay, would recommend the B&B, and would definitely return.

Roberto, our host, was very nice, responsive, and informative about Naples, where he's a native. The bed felt just right and we slept very well. I also loved having a balcony. The place was very clean, near the historic center and the museum, and breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options.

The owners didn't take me seriously when I contacted them, and the neighborhood and room view were both very bad. Sadly, this was the worst B&B experience I've had. The room was in very bad shape, dirty and outdated.

Very clean, with a nice breakfast and efficient service. It's near the metro and the museum of antiquities, and the price is great. What more do you need for a day or two in Napoli?
