Davide really went out of his way to make our four nights at Villa San Martino great. The location was good, and we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood felt very safe, and getting around Napoli was easy, with several subway lines close by along with restaurants, bars, and shops. The host was excellent and always available when we had questions. We stayed in a beautiful historic home with a large room, double-height ceilings, quiet double-paned windows, strong air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with five fixtures. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Napoli. Thanks, David!

We had a wonderful time in Napoli. Villa San Marino is a beautiful building with comfortable, very clean rooms and nice outdoor spots for breakfast. The funicular, metro, and other public transport stations are very close, and it felt safe and easy to get around.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very comfortable. Having parking on the premises is a real plus when you’re staying in Naples. I can recommend it and would book here again on my next visit.

Quiet and peaceful, with lovely rooms and outdoor seating where you can enjoy breakfast or talk for a long time. Close to everything you need, and the rates are reasonable. Great for adults.
