Dolly was kind and attentive, and clearly cared about making sure we had what we needed. The pastries and coffee at breakfast were delicious, though they were served at a café about a 10-minute walk away, which wasn't very convenient first thing in the morning. The B&B is in a fantastic, very central spot in Napoli, close on foot to main streets, metro stations, banks, shops, and other amenities. Our room was small and right by the entrance, so we often heard the heavy front door slamming, both day and night. It also felt dated and could use a refresh. Since the street is busy, traffic noise was another issue, and we often kept the windows closed and used the air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay because of the location and Dolly's hospitality, but the room size, noise, and breakfast setup are worth bearing in mind if you want somewhere quieter or more modern.

The room was great, large, and clean, and the location was fantastic. What I'll remember most, though, is Dolly helping me after I left Naples and realized I'd forgotten my jacket at the B&B. She was understanding and mailed it to my next stop using her own money, without hesitating. I paid her back, but I can't say how grateful I am. It was a gift from my mother, and I would've traveled all the way back to Naples for it. Dolly saved me days on my trip. Thank you, Dolly! I'd absolutely stay again.

My daughter and I had a few problems in Naples, and we found this place through a waiter. Dolly changed how we felt about the city. The place was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds, fast, good Wi-Fi, and cold A/C. It's one block from the metro. The owner was kind and flexible about check-in, and even called to check on us when we hadn't returned from Pompeii before the metro closed. We also loved the English breakfast at Perfecttoo, it was AMAZING!!!! This is the best place I've stayed since arriving in Italy, and I can't recommend it enough ❤️
