Giulio was very nice and helpful, and the terrace looked amazing. The accommodation was relatively clean and had a personality we loved. But the rooms weren't very comfortable. The bathroom, including the toilet, was separated only by a curtain, so if you're with your partner, you may have to take turns leaving the room to use the toilet, especially if you're not that close yet :) There was also a cigarette smell in the room, supposedly coming from the terrace, and it was quite noisy at night because the rooms aren't soundproof.

The room was clean and quirky because of the building, and the bed was so comfortable, the best hotel bed I've had in a long time. The location is great, right next to the museum of archaeology and a two-minute walk from the metro. The nearby restaurants were great too. We loved Naples and would definitely stay again. I only saw the owner on arrival, and we managed to get by with my terrible Italian and his limited English.

The interior was absolutely lovely, it felt like staying in a museum. Giulio was one of the most charismatic and hospitable hosts we've ever met. I can't recommend him enough!

Giulio was very friendly, and the place is unique, not your typical apartment. It's a 10+ location, near museums, the university, bars, restaurants, and more. If you're after a memorable stay at a low price, this is the place. If you only want a hotel-like stay, it may not be for you.

Julio was amazing and happy to give advice about napoly, he'd help you a lot. The place is very close to the centre and good restaurants. It was a bit hard to find at first, and there wasn't a door on the toilet in the room.
