Domus Armenio

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the historical city. Our host was fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and easy to reach. We were given snacks, beverages, and coffee too. I highly recommend the place and would stay again if we return to Napoli. To find the B&B, look for the trip advisor sign on the door.

It’s clean, well located in Naples, and decently priced, but don’t expect luxury accommodations. Breakfast is at a small bar around the corner, as the listing says. I found that more of a hassle than the fresh B&B experience I’d hoped for. I also didn’t like how the owner dealt with feedback. After my husband left a 7/10 review on the booking site, Mario went out of his way to message him on What’s App and go off on him. Super unprofessional. I don’t know how the place has such high ratings.

Mario and Roberta welcomed me so warmly and treated me like a daughter. For a fair price, I had a perfect stay in a large, very clean room with a small fridge, universal cell phone charger, comfortable bed, good shower, hairdryer, shampoo, and soap. The B&B Domus Armenio is just a few meters from Duomo metro station and the historic center. I explored underground Naples, wandered the picturesque streets of Spaccanapoli, and admired the old churches and monuments, including the famous chapel with the Veiled Christ sculpture. I really want to return to Naples, and I’ll certainly stay here again.

Mario is an outstanding host and makes you feel right at home. The hotel is cosy and perfectly placed, a few minutes’ walk from the best restaurants and bars, but far enough away to have some peace and quiet in the evening.
