This was our second stay, and it suits us perfectly both for visiting Napoli and for using it as a base to catch ferries to Ischia or Capri. The room is brand new, with excellent facilities, and the bed and shower are among the best we’ve tried. From the room, it’s a 7 minute walk to the ferries and 3 minutes to via Toledo. Check-in is easy and available 24 hours, at the Renaissance Hotel 50 meters away. In the morning, guests can have breakfast on the Renaissance Hotel roof for just 24 € per couple. We’ll definitely stay at Domus Altana again on our next visit.

We spent one night here before heading home after a week’s holiday on Ischia. The room was completely new, with a great bed and a well equipped bathroom fitted with top quality facilities. This is one of six guesthouse rooms in an office building across from the Renaissance Hotel. Check-in at the Renaissance Hotel reception was extremely efficient, and finding the place was simple. The location is excellent, close to everything and right between Molo Beverollo and Via Toledo. You can reach the owners on WhatsApp if you need anything. We highly recommend it for frequent travelers looking for a good value place to stay instead of a standard hotel.

We had a lovely stay over Epiphany 2026. Neapolitan hospitality made it even better, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom equipped for what we needed. Getting around was easy from this side street off central Via Toledo, with Toledo and Municipio metro stations just steps away. It's also convenient from the central train station. The room is one of several adjoining rooms on the same floor in the building, owned by the Renaissance Hotel. We could reach the hotel when we needed help, including on arrival, when we used a bathroom while waiting for our room, and later to leave our bags in the luggage room. Highly recommended.
